Our history
Serviced Office Group plc was founded by Chairman Michael Kingshott CVO in 2003.
Specialist experience: Our highly experienced management and Board have grown the Group organically, through acquisition and a Joint Venture with UBS Investment Bank.
Using their specialist investment property experience to choose to add properties only where it will add value to the portfolio the Board has grown the company from the first four KBC Exchanges to become one of the mid-sized business centre operators in the UK.
The future: The Board plans to expand our operation, both within the M25 and beyond, using their expertise to ensure that future additions meet their exacting property evaluation criteria.
